The Constitution, Separation of Powers and the Judiciary
Conservative America has long been of the opinion that the judicial branch of our government is out of control. The Liberal wing of the Democrat Party cannot win elections nor have their loony ideas implemented into societal life through majority votes, so they have found it useful to turn to Liberal judges throughout the judicial system of our country to alter the Constitution to mean what they want it to mean. That is the bad news. The GOOD news is most of the real screwy people presently sitting on our court benches are rather long in the tooth, and even though most of them are there for life, that is not the same thing as forever. In other words, most of them will be assuming room temperature in the not too distant future. That is why the weirdo Senate members like Chucky Cheesey Schumer, professional race car driver Ted Kennedy, Turban Durban and Tomato Pasty John Kerry went berserk during the recent confirmation hearings for new Supreme Court justices. These newest members are not that old and they will be there for quite some time. Unlike Ginsberg, who may be hauled into a church by 6 of her cronies soon, even though she really has no business being there. The crazy bench warmers include Anna Diggs Taylor, that paragon of Constitutional law, who is in her mid-70's. Judge Diggs is the one who recently ruled from the bench that President Bush's terror surveillance program is unconstitutional. She is also associated with the ACLU, and also, according to Fox News, has ties to the American Socialist Party. OOOOOOOh, sure sounds impartial to me...
I'm sure there are many misguided people who are saying silly things like, "It's about time someone stands up to Bush, no one is above the law!" or "What a courageous judge! It takes guts to stand up to the President!" Think about that lofty quote from Judge Taylor's ruling, "There are no hereditary kings in America and no powers not created by the Constitution."
This is so much sophistry. A president abusing his Constitutional power has absolutely nothing to do with kings or heredity. Anyway, the last time I looked, the ruling monarch in England was nothing more than a drain on the British Pound. Besides, President Bush is arguing that he is well within his powers given to him by the Constitution. This is a serious argument, and it needs to be addressed in a serious manner. Many Americans rightfully suspect that judges rule on personal ideology or along party lines and then write their opinion in a neutral way to hide their actions. However, after reading the opinions of several experts on court opinions, several points about this ruling by Judge Taylor stick out. First, she didn't bother to use the type of language most judges use to Aleve suspicion. The first half of the opinion deals with state secrets, and the usual detail and structure is found. The remainder is different. The difficult matters of law pertaining to such issues as the First and Fourth Amendments, separation of powers, the relationship between the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the Authorization for Use of Military Force are shrugged off in short sections using quotations that jump to conclusions. Orin S. Kerr, a law professor at George Washington University, told The Times that the section that deals with the Fourth Amendment is "just a few pages of general ruminations...much of it incomplete and some of it simply incorrect." This is good news for President Bush. Upon appeal, such a poorly written opinion will be very hard to defend. Taylor will be hard pressed to show her legal arguments against the wiretapping, and she will be shown for the corrupted, petulant person she is. It will be proof that Liberal judges are NOT impartial and have political agendas. People have become used to the idea that a judge's word is what counts and they forget why they think that way. A judge's Constitutional power works only when they are able to suppress their personal and political willfulness and can preside over a court in a non-biased and neutral capacity. If a court opinion is written in such a way that it reveals that the judge did not follow the correct judicial process, what sense does it make to take the judge's word about what the law means over the word of the president? Separation of powers is a workable solution to the prevention of tyranny only when all three branches of government are subjugated to the rules. In our society today, the judicial branch is running amok. The courts have usurped powers far beyond those intended for them by the Founding Fathers. The fact that we now have legislation foisted off on us by the judicial system is nothing short of tyranny. Tyranny was the biggest worry of the Founding Fathers. They understood that if one branch of government was able to control the other branches, America would no longer be free. This is exactly what has happened. Judges like Taylor have no regard for the Constitution. She is, in reality, a Socialist. This is a fact. Liberal, Socialist, Communist, Unilateralist, Appeaser, Environmentalist, Wacko, Euroweeney...all different names for the same creature. This is what has given us the lie of separation of church and state, the lie that abortion is legal, the lie that homosexuals can marry, the lie that Christmas is evil, the lie that empowers our enemies, the lie that Democrats are patriotic, the lie that Ted Kennedy is a good man. But, that is just my opinion.

Illegal Immigration
As if the war on terrorism wasn't enough to have to face, we are facing a very possible defeat from another enemy already within our borders.
The number of illegal immigrants presently inside our country is not known. But we do know that they number in the hundreds of thousands. The situation grows worse every day. A couple of months ago, Paris was under attack from Muslim invaders inside France. We face the same fate. Hispanics repeatedly riot in American streets to demand their "rights." They tell us they are here to stay, and there's nothing the stupid Gringo can do about it.
What we are facing here is nothing short of a war, and we are losing. We have an enemy army invading us every day, and the number of enemy troops within our borders number in the hundreds of thousands. Or border with Mexico is essentially gone, and our border patrol agents engage almost daily in open gunplay with the invaders. Uniformed Mexican soldiers escort drug smugglers into our country. This is a blatant attack upon the very sovereignty of the United States. According to Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) one in ten of the people presently inside our prison system are illegal immigrants. Once they are here, they bear children in our hospitals, leaving the bill for the stupid Gringo to pay. Then, these children attend our public schools, again leaving the bill to the stupid Gringo. You don't think we can be called stupid? They then protest us bringing American flags to our own schools, and they hoist the Mexican flag on our property. STUPID GRINGOS!!!!
Is that all? NO WAY! These invaders then have the audacity to claim rights. They have a "right" to cross the border. They have a "right" to demand work. They have "rights" to welfare, healthcare and education. We have the RIGHT to pay for it all.
According to the lunatic Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) the Democrats must "show Hispanics who their real friends are." Well, Schumer, you are supposed to be a United States Senator, not a Hispanic/invader defender. Schumer, you and the other traitorous members of the Senate took an oath of office when you became a United States Senator to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. You need to be brought to justice, tried for treason, hanged before sundown, and buried in an unmarked grave. That is my honest and solemn opinion. You and the other traitorous members of the Senate. You want to be known as the real friend of the invaders. You can have that distinction. I just hope when the invaders start killing Americans, they start with their "friends." That's what the Nazis did almost 70 years ago.

The "National Day of Action for Immigrant Justice" was held on April 10 in Washington, DC. Your buddies called it "La Marcha." Over 100 American cities witnessed protest riots. The numbers ranged from 2000 demonstrators in El Paso to over 100,000 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Some of their slogans:
"Here we are, and we're not leaving!"
"This is only the beginning!"
"Hoy marchamos! Manana, votamos!" ("Today, we march! Tomorrow, we vote!")
"We are not terrorists! We are Americans!" (NO, you are NOT!!!)
"Brown and proud!"
"We are inseparable, indivisible and impossible to take out of America."
"When you promote violence, you get violence! Oppose illegal immigration, and you are violent!”
Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY) was there when protesters entered New York City. She greeted them warmly with, "Your faces are the faces of America." No, lady, you traitor, they are the faces of Mexico.
That famous submariner of Chappaquiddick Bridge fame, Senator Edward Kennedy (D-MA) broke into broken Spanish when he met his good friends up in Massachusetts. "I see the future of America," he gushed. This from an American Senator. This was the most courage he has shown in over 4 decades. Speaking Spanish, I mean. He was hoping no one remembers he was kicked out of Harvard as a young hombre for cheating on a Spanish exam.
Between 350,000 and 500.000 showed up in Dallas, pounding on drums and shouting, "Si Se Puede!" Translation: "Yes, We can!" At least, with Democrat help, it's possible.
500,000 crammed the streets of Los Angeles.
20,000 in New York crossed the Brooklyn Bridge demanding an end to second-class citizenship. I've got news for them, they have zero citizenship.
The exact number of illegal aliens present today in the United States is unknown. Most estimates put the number between eleven and twelve million. In 1990, when the number of illegals was much smaller, almost half of them became squatters in California. Today, that is down to 25%, even though the state's illegal population grew from 1.5 million to 2.5 million. In other words, the invasion is sweeping across the country...coming to a town near you!
Now, we get to the BAD news...
The Center for Immigration Studies reports that half of all illegal immigrants did not graduate high school and a third never made the ninth grade. Immigrants, both legal and illegal, comprise about 12% of America's workforce but account for 31% of high school dropouts in the workforce. This means that it is harder for America to compete in the world marketplace because the quality and intelligence of our workers is below that of other countries. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) states that 10% of the population in the American prison system is comprised of illegal aliens. Yes, we feed and clothe them, too. They are also responsible for untold millions of dollars worth of damage due to crime and an unknown number of deaths of innocent Americans. What can we do to stop this onslaught?
First, don't look to the politicians for help. You won't find it. The truth is, the politicians are running scared. They fear the immigrants like Dracula fears sunlight. This can be proven by the bill proposed by our illustrious Senate leadership which would legalize the 12 million muchachos squatting on our land.
Arlen Specter, that paragon of Conservative Republican values, said, "We do not want to create an underclass in America." Of course we don't. I mean, when everyone is equal, and everyone has exactly the same status, and everyone eats the same, dresses the same and owns the same property, that is what is known at socialism. And, as we have come to know, socialism is now the rage in Washington. Just ask Mr. Specter. So, we are forced to offer them a huge slice of the American pie. REAL Americans, unlike the traitors in the Senate, know what to do about the problem. First, we would secure the border and make sure that anything that attempts to cross will not make it ( you figure out what THAT means) and then we start rounding up these miscreants and ship them back where they came from. As of last night, we have an illegal holed up in a church and the authorities are afraid to bring her out and ship her home. Her Liberal supporters argue that her child who was born here would not have a mother if she is shipped out. Question...has this ever stopped a murderer from going to prison? Enough said...
The squatters know they have their boot on our throat. That is why they organized a "Day Without an Immigrant” protest on May 1. They promised "No work, no school, no sales and no buying." Too bad they didn't promise no staying.
America, we need to put our representatives’ feet to the fire over immigration. It is pretty clear that terrorists are also sneaking into our neighborhoods disguised as members of the wet persuasion. We need to seal our borders, keep illegals out, and round up those that are here and boot their butts back to the Baja. Remember your history, people. We fought against a Generalissimo from Mexico once before. His name was Santa Ana. He was a pompous ass, and thought the American Southwest belonged to him. He killed 142 Americans at a small mission in South Texas called the Alamo. Colonel Travis, Jim Bowie, Davey Crockett and the rest of the yahoos there made Santa Ana pay heavily for their lives and bought General Sam Houston the time he needed to bring his army up to battle readiness. Sam kicked Santa's fanny good, and That was the end of the Mexican invasion. We are going to have to do the same thing again. But, that is just my opinion.

The First Anniversary of Katrina
Predictably, the Democrats once again go on the warpath over a supposed outrage committed by the Bush administration. It is hardly surprising, especially in a crucial election year, that the Katrina disaster should be regurgitated all over America again. The same crap we heard from the Democrats last year will be repeated again this year. The Looney things like Bush blew up the dikes. The hateful things like Bush didn't care that people were dying. They will conveniently forget to mention anything about Mayor Nagen turning several hundred buses into submarines instead of using them to evacuate people. They will overlook Congressman Jefferson's illegal use of National Guard vehicles and personnel to rescue his personal belongings and his stash of cash from his residence while people were drowning. The accusations about the ineptness of FEMA will be loud. (It is to be forgotten that FEMA supplied hundreds of mobile homes for the people that are still sitting there unused because of a stupid Federal law that states a mobile home cannot be moved into a flood area.) The screams will center on how the city is still mostly uninhabitable.
The fact that New Orleans was destroyed by a hurricane is a terrible tragedy, and the homeless numbers that were produced is quite lamentable. The things Democrats don't want to address are how much money the Federal government spent on the disaster, how large the area of devastation was, how many people were involved, and the poor conditions still being endured by other people in the area. It may be enlightening to remember that there are people in Florida who suffered hurricane damage 2 or 3 years ago who still have damaged homes they are trying to repair or replace.
But the point I would like to make is this. Can someone please show me in the Constitution where it says the Federal government is responsible for rebuilding the city of New Orleans? I am of the opinion that you can read it from front to back and the issue of Federal responsibility for disaster relief is conspicuously absent. When San Francisco suffered from an earthquake early last century, it never occurred to the population to demand that Washington was responsible for returning the city to a pristine condition. No, the people of San Francisco rolled up their sleeves and did it themselves.
IMPORTANT NOTE HERE...It is important to remember that this happened long before the city became infested with idiot Liberals. If the same disaster occurred today, they would be holding their hands out for money and for Washington to wipe all their tears away, after they blamed Bush for attempted murder.
Herein lays the biggest problem with this country today. The Constitution of the United States somehow has become this great big breast that everyone has a right to drink from to solve whatever misfortune has come their way. Americans used to be a people who were proud of the fact that they were rugged individuals, people who could stand on their own two feet and be perfectly capable of taking care of themselves. If disaster struck, such as a lightning strike burns down their barn, they could count on their neighbors to help rebuild the barn. This is the concept that made us a great nation. Today, it's "take what you can get from wherever you can get it", consequences be damned. After Katrina hit, the federal government issued credit cards to the people in the amount of $2000. The money was intended for immediate relief for food and lodging. However, quite a few of the people there seem to have been a bit better off than the Democrats want you to believe. It seems that a lot of this money was used for other things besides food and lodging. It went to such things such as...ahhh...I'm trying to be discreet...ummmm...prostitutes. Yes, these poor desolate people decided to take the money given to them by their fellow American taxpayers and use it for purposes other than what it was intended for. I guess we should not be too upset; after all they were just looking to their role model Bill Clinton for guidance on such weighty matters.
Now, for my personal opinion. That's the nice thing about writing on a site like this; I don't have to be politically correct. I still have "freedom of speech" here. I happen to think it wasn't such a bad thing that New Orleans was wiped out, and I really don't want to see it replaced. I know this may seem a terrible thing to say, but New Orleans was the seat of the voodoo religion in America. The whole concept of Mardi Gras is based on this evil religion. I do not think this has a place in our nation, and if Mardi gras is relegated to a footnote in history, we would be a lot better off. Besides we aren’t supposed to mention the fact that evangelical Christian organizations from around the nation supplied materials and men to voluntarily build homes and businesses and to return utilities to the community. That cannot be talked about because Liberal Democrats are anti-Christian, especially those fanatical evangelical, born again Christians, and we can’t talk about something that would be nice to Christians. But, that is just my opinion.

Iranian Sanctions
Iran is flexing their military muscle. Extensive war games are being played across their enormous desert. Missiles are flying, bombs are exploding and tanks are rolling. They are putting on a show of force intended to intimidate the West. Fortunately, we have a frightening answer to their blatant aggression. We will bring out the big guns...we will level SANCTIONS!!! Yes, the "S" word. More powerful than a suicide belt...able to leap tall tyrants in a single bound. Yes, Sanctions, who, disguised as appeasement, came to the Middle East with powers far beyond those of armed conflict. SANCTIONS! The very word strikes terror in the hearts of terrorists. Many a tyrant has come eyeball to eyeball with this ultimate weapon. Saddam Hussein had hundreds of Sanctions leveled against him from the West before he was found cowering in a hole in the ground...but...uhhh...well...it wasn't the sanctions that brought about his defeat. No, he was brought to justice by armed soldiers, boots on the ground. Sanctions did nothing to make Saddam stop his evil ways. All sanctions did was give him more time to move weapons of mass destruction to Syria. Ask Kim Jong Il, Ultimate Ruler of North Korea, how devastating sanctions can be. That pillar of manly presidential presence, Bill Clinton, brought havoc to his pukey little nation with economic sanctions. In the end, Clinton gave him oil, food, and promises of non-aggression. That pipsqueak is threatening us with some crazy missile system their science geniuses created. Now, instead of whacking Kimmy on the head with a 2X4, we have to watch his army prance around like peacocks and drag huge pictures of the Ultimate Ruler around. Every time I see these pictures on TV, I can't help wondering what it would be like if their stupid parade was interrupted by the appearance of a MOAB. FLASH...B A N G ! ! ! ! ! No more prancing peacocks. Camera image switches to Tehran, just in time to see a flight of F-16's flash over the capitol city...just a warning.
Presently, Iran is at its most vulnerable. Every day that passes allows this terrorist state to bring its desire of nuclear weapons closer to reality. Every day that passes makes the inevitable war with them harder and more costly to win. (That is, of course, if we actually decide to win it. That would be a novel idea...)
Think about this. Every war America has been engaged in began with an act of pure aggression perpetrated against us. "Remember the Alamo!" "Remember the Maine!" "Remember the Lusitania!" Remember the Arizona!" "Remember the Boston Massacre!" "Remember Fort McHenry!" The only exception I can think of would be Viet Nam. The point is, when another country decided to strike us, we rolled up our sleeves and took care of business. We had a battle cry, and we cleaned their clocks. We are not calling "Remember the World Trade Center." For the first time in our history, we are going to allow a 2-bit enemy punch us in the gut and we are not going to let him have it. We started out like we were going to. The Democrats stood on the Capitol Building steps and wooed us with "God Bless America." Mr. Kerry voted for the war before he voted against it. What hollow patriotism. They say Republicans question their patriotism just because they protest the war. I believe they protest the war because they have no patriotism. It's beyond my comprehension how they can see 3000 Americans slaughtered and not want to keep it from happening again. ESPECIALLY when the murderers have every intention of continuing their murderous ways until every American is dead. I am afraid this war on terrorism is going to last forever because we refuse to take the fight to the enemy. We are going to allow useless sanctions to replace bombs and guns. Bombs and guns win wars, not hollow threats.

President Bush: “We Are In a Global War Against Terrorism”
Finally, our President states the obvious. Eight little words explain so much: GLOBAL-we are not alone. This war involves everyone in the world. WAR-the act of actually killing people and breaking their will. War in not nice, but necessary under certain circumstances...like when your enemy is trying to kill YOU. AGAINST-This war is not a matter of negotiating. You cannot negotiate with someone when the premise is you are an infidel, and you will be killed. For you Liberals, let me try to explain it in a way you can understand. Islamists want to kill you, children. GROW UP! TERRORISM-we are facing an enemy unlike any other in our history. They have no uniform or borders to invade. They are everywhere and nowhere. They strike without warning, and they strike women and children without mercy or regret. They want to kill your entire family if they can.
Americans have become a lazy people. We have created a world for ourselves literally devoid of any discomfort. Our poor are not poor. They eat twice as well as 75% of the rest of the world. Most of them don’t even have to exert themselves to receive their free handout! But I digress. The point is, we have forgotten what it’s like to have an enemy that can actually kill you. Do you know what really hit me concerning the recent conflict between Israel and Lebanon? The pictures of the Israeli soldiers returning to Israel. They walked home! When Americans have to go to war, they load aboard ships or airplanes, kiss their families goodbye, and travel thousands of miles to fight. They are gone for months. The bottom line is, Americans have no clue what war really is.
I have a hunch this might change radically in the near future. I have a hunch that we are going to find out first-hand exactly what fighting for our lives is like. I think it is very likely that America has been secretly invaded by an army now for about 30 years. I have an awful feeling that our worst enemies can be found within our very borders. They have been coming across our southern boundary by the thousand. We have no idea who they are or even how many there are. But we do know that they have committed horrible crimes, and the punishment has been nonexistent. We are coming up on the fifth anniversary of 9-11 and we still have not secured our borders. That is the biggest failure of the Bush administration. If just a few thousand of those illegal aliens are plotting to bring death and destruction on our nation, they are going to succeed big time. Why? Because we refuse to face the possibility these illegals can kill us, we refuse to identify our enemy, and we refuse fight a war. In other words, they will kill us before we even know someone is shooting at us. Wake up, America. Anna Diggs Taylor, the traitorous judge who ruled the NSA wiretapping is unconstitutional, has direct ties to the Socialist Party. This has been verified on Fox News. She was appointed by the traitorous President Jimmy Carter, and she is our enemy, too. We need to wake up to the fact that we have enemies, they are everywhere, and they want to kill all of us.

The Way I Dress and Think
My employer has a dress code, and the only day I can dress "comfortably" in on Friday. That is "casual" day. Usually, I make the most of it, by wearing jeans and something highly political, like a good Reagan shirt, and a hat that has several military type pins. I get a lot of stares, some middle fingers, and some handshakes. (Honestly, the handshakes far outnumber the fingers, a fact that thrills my heart.) Occasionally, someone will ask me, "Why do you wear those things?" and seldom do they give me a chance to actually answer them before they shake their head and walk away. So, I thought I would take the time to give my thoughts on this issue.
The Pittsburgh Steelers won their 5th Superbowl about 7 months ago now. During all this time, the craze to wear "Gold and Black" has not abated much at all. Anywhere you go where large groups of people can be seen, there are those true fans, wearing their team colors, bolding verifying to each other that they are still in Steeler country, and yes, Big Ben is still number one. Well, my political dress is a lot like this kind of behavior, only the team I root for has a lot less exposure on the backs of fellow citizens. I don't have the same acceptance as a Steeler fan, either. No "high fives" or thumbs up. Just an occasional hand shake. But you might give this some thought the next time you see someone proudly wearing their 'Burg gear. The Steelers will play again, and they might win or they might lose. The other team might cheat, or the referees might make egregious errors. It might rain, it might snow. But, the Steelers will play again soon. Whether they won or lost, the significance in your daily life really amounts to absolutely NOTHING. The only people who gain from your faithfulness to the Steelers are the Steelers. However, the team I am rooting for has a direct bearing on my future, my well being and quite possibly my very survival. Allow the Democrats to regain the White House and the Senate and the House, and you'll know why I root for my team so hard.

“Duty...Honor...Country"
The words “Duty...Honor...Country” have been emblazoned on the United States Military Academy’s coat of arms since 1898 and the mantra of the late General Douglas MacArthur.
But now this hallowed creed has been grotesquely altered to read ‘Beauty, Honor, Country’ at a new multi-million-dollar Landmark Gateway Plaza on the Veterans Administration grounds in West Los Angeles. No reason has been given, to my knowledge, of why the change has been implemented, or what it’s supposed to mean.
The man behind the creation of the park – and the change in wording – is Harve Bennett, producer of four “Star Trek” movies and TV’s “The Six-Million Dollar Man,” and a board member of the Veterans Park Conservancy, non-profit group aligned with the local Veterans Administration.
Mr. Charles E. Dorman, administrative director of the local VA, has indicated the word ‘Beauty’ stays. This is not only hard to comprehend but even more difficult to accept, especially since this is on Veterans’ property and Mr. Dorman is the highest ranking official representing the U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs in Los Angeles and is supposed to be working in the best interest of all Veterans. The only explanation I have for this unconscionable behavior is it IS Southern California, home of the looniest of the loony Liberal Left.
The very bedrock upon which our country has been built is under constant and enormous attack from our enemies...and many of them reside right here inside our borders. These attacks will not end or abate until we can no longer recognize America as the nation envisioned by our Founding Fathers. The sad thing is, most Americans are asleep at this time, and they don’t know what is happening. Many others really don’t care, either.
Our very way of life has been under assault from the left for about 60 years now. Our parents were asleep when the Supreme Court lied about separation of church and state. They slept through Roe vs. Wade. We continue to snore while our children’s minds are warped and twisted by politically correct educators more interested in social behavioral conditioning than in teaching Jill and Johnny how to read.
My wife and I decided a number of years ago that we home school our kids. It’s not that we are so smart or even capable of doing the job. We home school because the public school system got our first 3 kids. We are not going to let them twist our last 2 into mindless robots who have more knowledge of why Billy has two fathers than geometry.

The Butchery of Presidential Protocol in America
I'm sure everyone has heard the term "unwritten law." One such unwritten law pertains to the office of President of the United States. The "law" is, "No person who has held the office of President of the United States shall speak ill of another President." This law has been in effect from the birth of the office until recent days. Until George W. Bush obtained the office, to be exact. This law has been butchered by the worst President this country ever suffered under, none other than Jimmy "Peanut" Carter. Mr. Carter once again has decided to open his yap and bellyache about how President Bush has mishandled the war in Iraq and the war on terror. Imagine, this from the ex-President who is completely responsible for our present problems in Iran. I can only assume that Mr. Carter is getting so senile that he no longer remembers just how disastrous his administration was, and how close we came to economic ruin under his leadership. Why is it every time a Democrat gets into the White House, the economy is ruined, the military is reduced to pathetic capabilities, our prestige around the world is lower than whale dung, and our enemies are heartened to take liberties against us? Mr. Carter, who brought us the Iran hostage situation that stretched out for months. Mr. Carter, who gave away the Panama Canal. Mr. Carter, who brought us double digit inflation. Mr. Carter, who brought us gasoline rationing. Mr. Carter, who brought us a military incapable of rescuing the hostages, and instead became wreckage strewn across the desert. Mr. Carter, without a doubt, goes down in history as the least capable President who ever held the office. If you are young enough that you don't remember Carter as President, you may consider yourself very lucky.
Carter is a typical Liberal Democrat. Facts have no bearing on any issue. To a Liberal, you may be considered wrong just because they want you to be wrong. If you have the audacity to argue the fact, you need to be re-educated. Liberals have been dead wrong about every issue for 60 years now, but that fact will not keep them from continuing their failed policies. We just haven't given them enough time to succeed yet. Let's see...Shangri-La brought us public education which gives us public education quality of graduates that can't spell their own name. The Great Society gave us our wonderful health care system and Medicare that no one can afford. (Give them a chance, and we'll be on completely socialized medicine, and we'll be dying in the streets waiting to see a doctor.) Bill Clinton didn't have a catch phrase for his eight years of ineptness. He was just a national embarrassment around the world, he surrounded himself with fellow loons in his cabinet, he distinguished himself by being impeached, and he knew how to handle a good cigar. He also failed to nab Osama when he had the chance, gave national nuclear secrets to the Chinese, rented out the Lincoln Bedroom to the highest bidder and failed to address terror activities against our nation (except when he was due in court.) Between Carter and Clinton our nation lost 12 productive years that should have gone to increasing our national wealth and prestige. Instead, we got 12 years of Liberal craziness that only another Liberal could embrace. Clinton's administration was so corrupt and so goofy that the Liberal's are going insane in their attempts to try to make President Bush's administration seem somewhat as goofy. That is why the lies and outrageous statements are so prevalent from the Democrat leadership. (An aside. I realize the term should be "Democratic" leadership, but I refuse to use the word "Democratic". "Democrat" drives them nuts. They claim it stresses the syllable "RAT" . I like it. ) Jimmy Carter's son has just won the primary in the great state of Arizona for the Democrat Senate race. Now, I don't know who voted for him out there, but it must be the hot sun toasted their thinking cells. Either that or the voters of Arizona are too young to remember just how awful his father was. We suffered under one Carter. America does not deserve the same fate twice.

Democrats Again Side With The Terrorists
The Democrats and their illegal branch of government known as the American Civil Liberties Union have again stabbed every American in the back and have decided to give aid and comfort to the terrorists who want to kill you. Typically for Democrats, they hide their treason behind the guise of protecting the Constitution of the United States. The latest outrage against every American comes to us through a Federal judge named Anna Digs Taylor. It should come as no surprise to anyone that this judge was appointed to her position by that previous super president of the United States, none other than Jimmy Carter. You know from my previous posts the high esteem I have for this individual.
"It was never the intent of the (Constitutional) framers to give the president such unfettered control, particularly when his actions blatantly disregard the parameters clearly enumerated in the Bill of Rights," Taylor wrote in a 43-page opinion.
Democrats applauded the ruling as an important affirmation of the rule of law, while lawyers for the A.C.L.U. said Judge Taylor's decision was a sequel to the Supreme Court's decision in June in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld that struck down the administration's plans to try detainees held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, for war crimes. Democrats always applaud any event which provides aid and comfort to our enemies. It's been that way now for over fifty years. Taylor's ruling demanded the immediate secession of all wiretapping activities at the National Security Agency.
The Bush administration immediately filed an appeal. The appeal allows the wiretapping to continue until a higher court has the opportunity to rule on the case. We need to understand something very important here. This is key to this entire sorry series of events. Judge Taylor knew full well before her ruling that the Bush administration would appeal her decision. That does not matter one whit to her, because she is doing the bidding of her Democrat handlers. The Democrats, remember, may be traitorous asses, but they are not stupid. They understand that regardless of the outcome of the appeal, the Democrats can be made to look like our great protectors. Here's how this whole thing is going to play out. Remember, I'm telling you this before it even happens.
Lets's say that the appeal is ruled on in favor of the Bush administration and the NSA is allowed to continue indefinitely with their program which is doing a great job of protecting us. Do you think the Democrats are going to shrug, and say "Oh, well."? Of course not. They will be in front of TV cameras all over America yelling about "Bush tramples on the Constitiution and does whatever he wants." Therefore, we need to elect Democrats to restore proper freedom to all of us. In other words, it will restore Democrats to the power they will do anything to regain.
Now, let's look at it the other way. Let's say the appeal rules against the Bush administration, and they agree with Taylor's decision to shut down the NSA program. Again, Democrats will be in front of TV cameras all over America yelling about how "Bush Tramples on the Constitution and does whatever he wants." Therefore, we need to elect Democrats to restore proper freedon to all of us. In other words, it will restore Democrats to the power they will do anything to regain.
Here's the bottom line which every American needs to consider. The wiretapping program being conducted by the NSA in Washington is NOT listening to you having phone sex with your neighbor's 12 year old daughter. They are not even listening to Mohammad planning to blow up the Statue of Liberty. They ARE collecting thousands of phone numbers for international phone calls looking for key words and patterns. Once a pattern is developed that has the characteristics of a possible terrorist link, then they get the warrant to look at the calls. They are not doing anything illegal.
Do you honestly believe the Democrats care whether you live or die? No, they don't. They have proven that over and over again. Clinton did nothing when terrorists attacked the World Trade Center the first time. He did nothing when the USS Cole was almost sunk, and American sailors died. They meant nothing to him, as long as he had a good cigar. The Democrats screamed about Abu Graihb prison, because it caused trouble. They didn't care about the Arabs well being. They just want to cause trouble. John Murtha from Pennsylvania has called American heroes in Iraq murderers and rapists. Do you think he cares whether a Marine lives or dies in Iraq? No. He is too busy appealing to his lunatic left base for their votes for Democrats. Nothing more. He claims to be a war hero. Served in the Marines, even. Hero? No. Traitor? You bet! You just don't DO the things he's done in a time of war without facing a gallows.
We need to realize that the Democrats are almost as much of an enemy as the terrorists of Eastern persuasion are. While the Democrats may not actively be working for your demise, they certainly aren't doing anything to prevent it. Don't you think we need to be doing everything possible to keep these people from restoring themselves to the power they would sell their souls for?

Home of the Scared-of-my-own-shadow And Land of the Not So Free
I have a confession to make. I am a news junkie. I would rather watch Fox News than one of the idiot programs on regular TV. Sometimes, what I see on Fox News, irritates the heck out of me. I found the news this morning extremely irritating.
Viewers were shown the pathetic conditions which have permeated our airline terminals across America. Everyone is required to remove their shoes, have every personal possession scrutinized intensely, have many items confiscated, and generally treated as some criminal who is intentionally committing a heinous crime. Women are made to strip down to their undies, men are treated in a similar way. The terminal is a scene of quiet pandemonium. Police and armed men are stationed everywhere. This is not the America I grew up in. This is not the same America that survived World War II. This is an America that is afraid of its own shadow. This is a kind of America I really don't care to live in.
There is no way I will ever fly on any airlines any more. I would rather crawl to my destination. It's not because I'm afraid of dying on the plane. It's because I refuse to subject myself to this humiliation. I will NOT have my enemies see me stripped of my shoes just to get on an airplane. They have to be laughing their butts off at us. They have won the air war.
I went to an air show here in Pittsburgh, PA a few weeks ago. The same fear gripped the entire event. Every person entering the event had to be searched, and no one was allowed a pocket knife. I can't help thinking that if a terrorist really had any intention of killing me at the air show, I don’t think he will have gone through the same torment I was subjected to. Think what kind of killing he could do with just a butter knife if that is the only weapon among the herd of sheep who used to be American men.
Does anyone seriously think they are really safe (or even safer) by allowing themselves to be stripped of their adultness? Has it occurred to anyone that when our enemies see us reduced to strip-searched cowards they have gotten the upper hand and are emboldened to continue their barbarous ways?
I for one am sick to death of this crazy, lunatic idea that we can't offend our offenders. I am pretty sure that your granny isn't going to kill me, or you're little boy is going to explode before me in a flash of brilliance on his way to a glorious future with a bunch of nubile virgins. That is, of course, if you don't look...ah...I'm trying to be sensitive here...ARAB. I know this is not civilized of me, and very crude, but if you're wearing a rag on your head, and your wife is wrapped like a mummy, I am going to be watching you like a hawk. If your features sort of resemble those of my idea of a Muslim, I am not going to intentionally get within 50 feet of you. OOOPS, I'm racially profiling. Shucks, I'm caught in my bigotry. Truth is, it's YOU who have stereotyped yourself. I'm just being intelligent enough to identify my enemy. If grandmothers had a history of blowing themselves up to kill other people, than I would be watching grandmothers. But it's ARABS who have the history. So its ARABS I don't trust. Bigotry? I prefer to call it common sense. Something that Americans seem to have very little of today.
If I had my way, I would put out one statement to the world. It would be short and to the point.
"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The United States of America wishes to make it known to the peoples of the world that it will no longer tolerate any terror activity perpetrated against a citizen of this country from this time forward. The United States has proven in the past its ability and resolve to meet aggression with ultimate force, and it will maintain its right to do so again in the future. The Arab nations will be held responsible for any aggression or attack upon any American citizen. Retribution will be immediate and irrevocable. The United States of America further wishes to make known that it regrets the loss of both civilian and military personnel in the destroyed city, but a clear and full warning is hereby given as to the consequences of terrorist activity perpetrated against our citizens."
After this warning had been issued, I would then remove all excessive security activities from all airports, I would return life to pre-9-11 conditions, and I would see what happens next. If we suffer any terrorist activity of any sort, Tehran or one of the other leading Arab cities would instantly cease to exist. I would not drop a nuke. I would drop a whole bunch of MOAB bombs on the entire city and make sure every life form down to the last insect ceased to exist. I can guarantee this would be the very LAST terrorist act committed against us ever again. And we could go back to our peaceful existence. And we could once again call ourselves MEN.
Be honest. If the terrorist states in the world believed that we were completely serious about utterly destroying an Arab city, I mean where a small breeze would be enough to send the entire city half way around the globe, do you think they would do anything? I don't think so. Force and retribution is the one thing they understand. Anyway, personally, I'd rather be killed as a free American, not reduced to groveling naked in a terminal, than a slow, meaningless death as a coward. But, that's just my opinion

Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) and Her Latest Scuffle with the Law
Seems like it wasn't too long ago when the Democrats were bloviating about the Republican "Culture of Corruption." They seem to ignore their own corruption. I will only mention Congressman William Jefferson (D-LA) in passing, as I am sure he is ancient history to anyone who really follows politics in America today. Besides, Jefferson's corruption is simply gansterism, greed and immorality. Basic politician pollution. Cynthia McKinney's corruption has a much darker and sinister side to it. Every American, regardless of color, creed or religion, should find Congresswoman McKinney's behavior not only bizarre, but troubling.
If you remember correctly, Ms. McKinney found herself in the spotlight a couple of months ago when she refused to stop for a Capitol Building police officer and instead decided to clobber him with her cell phone. Naturally, out came the race card, which every Democrat in America knows precisely how to play, and it turns out that the police officer was guilty of picking on her because of her race. Never mind that she disobeyed a lawful order to stop. Never mind that she assaulted the officer with a weapon. These things pale and become non-issues because she used the race card, which trumps every other law of the land, other than abortion. She went before cameras, if you remember correctly, to make an apology that really didn't apologize for anything.
Now she is front page news again. This time, like Joe Lieberman, she has lost her bid to run as the Democrat representative of her district to another Democrat. This is the last resemblance to Joe Lieberman. Unlike Joe, Ms. McKinney spewed contempt and hatred towards everyone for the audacity of kicking her black butt out of the House of Representatives (racial slur intentional.) Now, even all this pales next to the real issue we need to address. During the altercation with newspeople and law enforcement, Ms. McKinney was surrounded with young strong black males who mouthed anti-Semitic epithets and threatened violence against these people. These men were dressed in military-like uniforms very similar in style to those worn by the armed forces of Eastern persuasions. They claimed to be members of the New Black Panthers, a name which should alert every American to their true intentions, which would be to encourage new racial hatred between the races in America. I watched with great interest Mr. Sean Hannity's interview of a couple of these thugs who spewed hatred and very little intelligence towards anyone who would find fault with Ms. McKinney. The vitriol was so thick that even that Liberal's Liberal, Alan Combes, was amazed and shocked at the pure hatred. Now, for someone who condones the murder of unborn children to be amazed at something like this should be cause for all of us to sit up and pay attention. It must be...SERIOUS! First, does Ms. McKinney think that because she's black, Democratic, and mad that this seat in the House has her name exclusively on it? If that is so, every elected office in America would have gone exclusively to Democrats a long time ago, and we would all be goose-stepping today. Second, if you are going to surround yourself with brutish imbeciles who threaten violence towards anyone who disagrees with you, there is no way you don't know they are there. Let's face it, you are a member of Congress, and in that position, no such people are going to be there without your knowledge and your consent. For you to get in front of television cameras and deny knowledge of their existence is nothing short of...ummmm...ahhh....LYING!!!!!! Of course, lying comes easily to Democrats. Our newspapers are full of outrageous lies made by Democrats. The only problem is, no one, not even Republicans, have the backbone to call liars liars. I have no such problem. Mckinney, you are a dangerous radical socialist, you hate your country, you have no business being in Congress to begin with, the people who elected you need to have their heads examined, and you are a LIAR.

Say WHAT????
Democratic Senate nominee Ned Lamont made a most interesting statement today concerning opinions voiced by both Vice President Cheney and ousted Democratic Senator Joseph Lieberman. Mr. Cheney said Wednesday that Lamont's victory might encourage "the al-Qaeda types" who want to "break the will of the American people in terms of our ability to stay in the fight and complete the task." Lieberman had said on Thursday that Lamont's call for a phased withdrawal of troops from Iraq "would be taken as a tremendous victory" by terrorists. Lamont's comment? "The very first thing that comes out of their mind is how we can turn this to partisan advantage. I find that offensive." We will pause a few moments while you pick your jaw up off the floor. Yes, this is a Democrat who is accusing Republicans of partisan politics. Geez, they don't even attempt to hide their hipocrasy any longer. It is hanging out for anyone with any sense to see. Let's take a look at some of the recent statements made by Democrat leaders in recent days:
NANCY PELOSI: "Rocket-propelled grenades, not rose petals, greeted them," Pelosi said of U.S. troops. "Instead ... of Iraq being a country that would readily pay for its own reconstruction ... we're up to over $200 billion in cost to the American people."
Harry Reid: He blames Bush for "a fictitious crisis on Social Security," "deficits that are absolutely unbelievable," "an intractable war in Iraq," "destroying public education," "attempting to change the very basis of this country," paying "no attention" to the uninsured and leaving people "begging for prescription drugs."
Chuck Schumer: “Skyrocketing gas prices have tipped consumers upside down this summer and to protect our economy, the President should act immediately to tap the SPR.”
And, of course, HILLARY CLINTON: “I have met thousands and thousands of pro-choice men and women. I have never met anyone who is pro-abortion. Being pro-choice is not being pro-abortion. Being pro-choice is trusting the individual to make the right decision for herself and her family, and not entrusting that decision to anyone wearing the authority of government in any regard.”
This is just a small list. I could fill pages with such drivel. The important thing to remember is, if you want to know what the Democrats are up to, just look at what they are accusing the Republicans of doing.
It's time to wake up, America. The time for fairy tales is long gone. The world is a really dangerous place, and there are people out there who want to kill you. You, your spouse, your neighbor and your dog, because you are not an Islamist. We also need to face the real possibility that we are going to lose the war on terror. Not because of a lack of weapons or capability. We may lose the war because of a lack of intelligence, a lack of backbone, and because the Democrats need us to lose the war. Just like they needed us to lose in Viet Nam. The Democratic Party has been hijacked by Socialists, pure and simple. Nancy Pelosi and 52 other Democratic members of the House and Senate are literally card carrying Socialists. Look it up if you don't believe me. It's not easy to find, because they don't want you know this, but if you have the willpower and stamina, you can find the truth.
I have heard it argued that the American people are weary of war, that the war on terror has now lasted longer than World War II. Weary of war? People, you don't know what WAR really is. We have been fighting in Iraq now for over 3 years, and we have suffered almost 3,000 American military heroes killed. If you look at a history book, there was an island called Iwo Jima that American Marines forced a landing upon and wrested from the Japanese. The Marines suffered 3,000 casualties A DAY in that battle that lasted for weeks. American bomber crews faced almost certain death aboard B-17 fortresses carrying a miniscule bomb load that most likely would miss its target by miles. Weary of war? When was the last time you bought a war bond, or faced food rationing, gas rationing or gathered up scrap iron for the war effort? Did you kiss your wife good-bye when you loaded yourself aboard a train taking you to boot camp, while she headed off to the local plant where she welded parts to build a new tank? Look up some old newspapers. The casualty lists were pages long, not just a couple of names. Americans have no concept of what war really is. We won World War II because we had the will to win, and we knew what the price would be if we lost. We were not willing to pay the price for losing. We had a Democrat president that was not stabbed in the back by Republicans on every decision he made. We really were the UNITED States. It's probably a good thing we had a Democrat in the White House. It Roosevelt had been a Republican, the Democrats would have done everything possible to make us lose. It is most important to remember how and why we won World War II. We won because we knew we had to win. Our very lives depended upon it. We won by being more ruthless and committed than both the Nazis and the Japanese. We won because we weren't afraid to drop the nuclear bomb... it was the right thing to do. We will lose this war on terror because we allow our enemies to kill us with children dressed in explosive clothing, who hide in "holy" buildings we refuse to reduce to rubble, and we have this stupid idea that it's wrong to unleash terror on terrorists. I for one realize that no matter what happens in the Middle East, the Ayrabs will never ever love me or my family or my way of life. So, instead, I'll settle for them being scared shitless of me.

A Brief History Lesson from 1979
The True History the Democrats Don’t Want You To Know
The Year: 1979 * The President: Jimmy Carter * The Place: Iran * The Iranian Leader: The Shah of Iran, Shah Pahlavi
A note to the younger readers of this page. Remember, I was alive then, I remember the TRUTH...
Jimmy Carter was the first Democratic president elected after the administrations of Gerald Ford and Richard Nixon. Nixon is best remembered for Watergate, another topic long maligned which deserves its own article. Carter ran on a ticket of peace and appeasement toward the Soviet Union, and detente was the watchword. Carter can be remembered as the President who gave away the Panama Canal. The United States had only one real ally in the Middle East, besides Israel, the country of Iran. During the previous years, the U.S. helped Iran build a powerful military because Iran was our buffer between the Persian Gulf and the Soviet Union. The Shah was facing demonstrations in his country from radical Islamists, and he turned to the U.S. for assistance to put down the rebellion. President Carter urged the Shah to show restraint, and offer the hand of friendship to his opponents. Reluctantly, the Shah acquiesced to Carter’s wishes, which led to the Shah’s overthrow. Enter the Ayatollah Khomeini. This radical Islamist became the “spiritual” leader of Iran. Carter offered the hand of friendship to the Ayatollah, which was slapped away in pure hatred. It was noted that the U.S. Supported the Shah, and could not be trusted. Followers of Khomeini stormed the American embassy in Tehran and took several American diplomats hostage. Carter, in his infinite wisdom, remained an appeaser and peace fanatic. The hostage situation dragged out for months. During this time, Americans became depressed. OPEC came into existence, and showed the Great Satan, America, what they could do by cutting down oil production. This resulted in raising the cost of crude oil, and created long lines at the gas stations across America. We could only purchase gasoline on certain days of the week, and only if your gas tank was less than half full. All this, thanks to an American president who was elected on a “peace at all costs” platform. The American economy was riddled with double digit inflation, unemployment was at record highs, the Soviet Union was on the march, our military was in its worst state since Pearl Harbor, and the U.S. was hated around the world. Then came along a man named Ronald Reagan. Mr. Reagan began his political career as a Democrat. He came to realize the untruths of the Democratic party, and changed his political affiliation and became a Republican. He had served as the President of the Screen Actors guild in Hollywood, and he had also served 2 terms as the Governor of California. He was urged to run for the presidency, which he did. He ran on a platform that the best years of America were still ahead, the Soviet Union was the leader of the Axis of Evil, and promised to return the U.S. to its role as leader of the free world. Mr. Reagan was elected by a landslide victory. It is most interesting to note that, after almost a year of captivity under Carter, the hostages in Tehran were suddenly released from their ordeal on the exact same day Reagan was sworn in as president...less than an hour after he took up the reins of leadership. Coincidence? I think not. Reagan understood that appeasement leads to defeat. Never in history has diplomatic talks led to actual peace in the world. That is just a truth and a fact. Chamberlain didn’t do it at the start of World War II, McClellan didn’t do it at the start of the Civil War, and Clinton didn’t do it at the Mideast peace talks between Israel and Arafat. What Reagan DID do was to increase our military spending, building naval warships, new aircraft for the Air Force, started building the B-1 bomber which Carter rejected, and, his most brilliant move, began the Space Based Defense Initiative. The Democrats derisively called this program “Star Wars.” This became America’s leading peace bargaining chip with the Soviet Union. The Soviets realized the power of Star Wars. It would make their entire offensive missile system obsolete. And, even more importantly, Star Wars would force them to invest billions of dollars into their own system, billions which they did not possess. They tried frantically to get Reagan to scrap the system, and American news media and especially the Democrats across America accused Reagan of being crazy, a warmonger, senile, and ready to lead us into Armageddon. But Reagan stood by his beliefs and his faith in God. He stood by the wall in Berlin, and called the Soviet Union the Evil Empire. He challenged Gorbachev to “TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!” And, to the amazement of the world, Gorbachev DID. The Soviet Union did not die in a blaze of world war, it died with hardly a whimper. And it was done by the shear willpower and leadership of America’s greatest President of the 20th Century, PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN.

Team
Since I was a young child, I’ve had a favorite football team, a favorite baseball team, a favorite basketball team. I could watch anything, an arm wrestling match, or a game of Battleship between two people I don’t even know and I’ll come up with a person or team that I would rather see win. I don’t need to know anything about the individuals arm wrestling or playing Battleship, I don’t know much personally about the guys lining up for a football team or swinging the bat for a baseball team but I still have a favorite. Maybe it’s the uniform, maybe it’s the way individuals conduct themselves or look. There’s something about them that I can relate to and make them my “favorite”. People like to have a team. It’s in our nature.
Being born in the greatest country mankind has ever created, I’ve had it easy for my thirty something years. Don’t get me wrong, I work hard every day, I pay my taxes, I do a lot of things that I don’t particularly want to do. I’m free. My family is free, my friends are free, and we are saturated with luxuries that our forefathers never had. We’ve been fortunate enough to live in relative peace for most of the duration of my lifetime. Our peace and prosperity has been and still is being bought and paid for by the blood of our young men and women who fight to protect our beautiful jewel of a country. They make that sacrifice because there are those that understand that the world does not begin and end with what’s on network television. They sacrifice because they understand how great our nation is and that there will always be those who envy, covet, and hate our freedom and way of life. There will always be someone who wants what we have.
Right now, there are hoards of Muslim extremists who will do whatever it takes to kill innocent Americans. They are willing to do so not because we have wronged them but simply because they hate us. They hate our fast food, our super models, our sports cars, our movies, our religion, our women, and our children. They hate our capitalism, our leaders, our televisions, books, radios, and freedoms. Their doctrine instructs them to convert us or kill us and they make their living with violence. Their very culture knows only vicious force. There is no other means of negotiation. Negotiation is looked on as weakness. If we are not willing to allow our armed forces to do what they were trained to do, serve and protect our country, these lunatics will be here, within our boarders, killing innocent American civilians. They’ve done it before and they are certainly willing and able to do it again if they are not eradicated.
Our military has more than enough training and firepower to erase Muslim extremism. If the war against terror was truly being fought as a real war, we would have already won. If our generals today were given the green light to win the war, our young men and women would stop coming home in flag draped coffins and we would have all but eliminated the threat of terrorism. However, the decisions governing the most grave issues of our time are being made by two teams.
Since Vietnam, and some would argue before, the Democratic party has been the party of peace and capitulation. They have waged a war, with the help of the liberal media, against our military, against our conservative presidents, and against our very way of life. In the modern era, the Democratic Party has swung so far left as to be vehemently anti-American in many ways. They have nurtured a culture of dependency amongst minorities, spent billions and billions of dollars on their government programs and are no closer to ending poverty than they were 45 years ago. They side with trial lawyers, labor unions, and radical judges to slowly eat away at our freedoms. They attack big corporations and stand for higher taxes. They strive to create a culture of class envy so there is always someone to make promises to. During wartime they stand on the sideline and criticize and call for action that would bring comfort to our enemies. They have come so far as to lie straight to the face of the American people i.e. George Bush lied and led us to believe that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction just for an excuse to wage a war for oil. They are perfectly aware this is a complete fallacy yet they continue to lie and the media continues to broadcast the lies and the American people continue to hear the same lies day after day after day. The Democratic Party is perfectly willing to show weakness to an enemy that preys on weakness simply for political gain. Their politics have no boundaries and I cannot think of any other reason why they would behave in this fashion other than they hate America.
The modern Republican Party, I’m sorry to say, is a product of the modern Democratic Party. While they are typically conservative, they are still a slave to the modern political culture. While talk radio and Fox News have come a long way in broadcasting a conservative viewpoint and pointing out the fallacies and the bias of the left and the liberal media, they are still left wetting their finger and sticking it up when it comes to the mainstream press and network television news. They are a slave to public opinion and a good deal of public opinion is a slave to whatever the liberal media wants to feed it. The Republican Party has become a party of patsies willing to send our young men and women to fight in a foreign country but unwilling to allow them to destroy the enemy if he hides in a mosque. They are willing to allow our brave fighting forces to come home in flag draped coffins but they are unwilling to do what it will take to win this war. They have become a team that is difficult for anyone to relate to. The Republican Party cannot be run by scared stodgy old conservatives anymore that, at the end of the day, are only worried about job security. The American people deserve results, and our fighting forces deserve victory for those who have already sacrificed. The American people deserve a conservative party that is willing to sell itself as a conservative party. There is nothing wrong with conservative values except that people like Katie Couric, George Clooney, Kanye West, and Michael Moore don’t like them. It’s time for individuals with real guts to run on conservative American values and not be afraid to be controversial. I want a Congressman that says what he feels, not what he thinks people want him to say. I don’t want him to avoid saying how he feels because he’s afraid of the spin of the liberal media. I want a leader that smiles at the camera and tells Hezbollah and Al Qaeda that their culture of terror and corruption is about to come to an immediate and violent end if one more American civilian or soldier is harmed. I want a leader that values American culture and tradition. I want a leader that gets on the network talk shows and says exactly how he feels and exactly what he’s going to do about it. I want a return on the sacrifice of our great fallen heroes. I want justice.
Every day countless Americans that pay little, if any, attention to the actual issues at hand, talk to their neighbors, write letters to the editor, and vote. They are spoon fed “information” from the liberal media and they are subsequently drawn to a favorite team. They are charmed, promised class equality, and stirred to anger over issues that simply do not exist. The modern Democratic Party holds two aces in their hands in the form of the mainstream media and the Hollywood elites. I’m convinced that, without these two groups, the modern Democratic Party would be an absolute failure. They are simply on the wrong side of every issue but are given a free pass, and often encouraged by the media and the Hollywood elites.
The Republican Party needs to start playing the popularity game. They need passion. Sometimes it’s okay to be angry. Liberal minded rock stars make huge fortunes over being passionate and (clueless) angry every day. More importantly, people listen to them because, however ignorant, their statements are heartfelt. The American conservative movement needs heartfelt statements free of the shackles of political correctness. America needs to get angry and not be afraid that anger is always a bad thing. America needs to mourn the loss of its soldiers by encouraging victory, not giving in to an enemy that will never surrender in their fight to destroy the Western World. America needs a conservative party that will accuse the Democrats and the media of lying when they lie. We need heroes to carry the ball and go to bat. America needs heroes and role models not career politicians. America needs to root for the American team again.
